Bill Wallis (20 November 1936 – 6 September 2013) was a British character actor and comedian who appeared in numerous radio and television roles, as well as in the theatre.
Wallis portrayed Sir Justin de Boinod in The Black Adder episode "The Archbishop". Gaoler Ploppy in Blackadder II episode "Head" and Brigadier Sir Bernard Proudfoot Smith in Blackadder Goes Forth episode "General Hospital".
