Sean the Irish Bastard (played by Ron Cook) was an Irish member of The Black Seal who stole from beggars. Amusingly, he survived the first dose of poisoned wine that Baldrick and Percy serve but, foolishly, chose to take another one, saying that "It's got a bit of a sting in its tail."
