The Torturer was a torturer who worked for Prince Ludwig the Indestructible. Who tortured Lord Edmund Blackadder in the episode Chains.
He told Edmund that he was a "Bastard son of a bitch" and "If [he] admit that [he's] head-over-heels in love with Satan and all his little wizards, then [he] will...remove [his] testicles with a blunt instrument (scythe) and roast them over a large fire."
